SCHOOL WORKSHOP SERVICES
We have already organized a number of workshops and training for schools or academic institutes.
Some of the requirements prescribed in this regard are as follows:
- The workshops are held on the premises of the School/Institute.
- The School or Institute has to enroll minimum students for the Workshop -100 students.
- JELS India will depute Instructor to conduct workshops.
- The School or Institute will make suitable arrangements for free board and lodging of the person to persons deputed by JELS India.
- Fee for the Calligraphy improvement workshop is Rs. 750/- per student per language for seven days to be collected by the School or Institute and remitted to JELS India in advance of the commencement of the Workshop. Dates for the Workshop will be communicated on receipt of the fee payable through Bank Draft drawn in the name of M/S JELS (P) LTD.
- Participants will sit in groups – each group may consist of 10 students so that there are 10 groups of students.
- JELS India will issue Certificates to the participants of Workshops.
OCCASIONAL COURSE SERVICES
In this workshop, students will explore the foundation, structure, and distinctive hand of the Flourished Italic hand alphabet. We will cover letterforms, punctuation, numerals, spacing, and layout. The Flourished Italic capitals which are based on compressed sloped Roman Capitals are also called swash capitals. The ascenders and descenders are the easiest to flourish and extended. The greater the decoration, the more space is required. This workshop is perfect for beginners and scrap bookers. This class can also be used as a refresher.
